Lead data Inc., a professional optical disc and multimedia products manufacturer, was established in 1996 with a capital of US$8 million. Over the years, the Company achieved consistent growth resulting in consolidated revenue of US$150 million in 2004. Nowadays Lead Data has approximately 750 employees, a significant increase from 100 employees in 1996. Such growth has been sustainable primarily attributable to Lead Data's competitive advantage in manufacturing.
Lead data Inc. currently has six factories (four located in Taiwan, one in Hong Kong and one in China) and a branch office in U.S.A. In addition, Lead Data has distributors in all key markets worldwide. The Company strongly focuses on product portfolio expansion and new product development , in order to achieve higher productivity and to strengthen the overall foundation of the business.
