Condition of the standard application

1. Two-liquid mixture: Full mixture of base material and hardner
2. Pre trestment: Pickling and butting of base material
3. Screen printing: 36T-43T mash
4. Pre baking: 80°C,20-30min
5. Screen printing: 36T~43T mash
6. Pre baking: 80°C,20-30min
7. Exposure: 400-500mj/cm
8. Developmant: 1%MaCO 28-30°C, 2.0kg/cm
9. Post curing: 150°C, 40-80min.
