RESIN
COATED COPPER
RESIN coated copper is a composite material made of a layer of epoxy
resin on copper foil. LDRC-1500, certified by UL-94v0, offers high
heat-resistandce, adhesion strength, and excellent process abiltiy
and precision laser drill ability. LDRC-1500 is applied primarily
to high density, build-up PCB. LDRC-1500 has a copper foil thickness
of 1/2 oZ. We offer LDRC-1500 in three different thickness of resin
coating. LDRC-1500-65 has a epoxy resin-coating of 65 m.
LDRC-1500-80 has epoxy resin-coating of 80 m,.
And LDRC-1500-100 has a epoxy resin-coating of 100 m. |
